About the Position

Working within our collaborative Development team, you'll manage our prestigious President's Club donor program, building meaningful relationships with high-value philanthropists who share our vision. In this role, you’ll identify areas of improvement in membership product, lead ticketing needs for the team and provide event support as required. You'll create exclusive experiences and develop innovative engagement strategies that deepen donor commitment to our artistic mission. 

Full time ongoing position. Salary band 3.3 $91,970.00 p.a. plus superannuation.

 

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in customer service in a fundraising and/or membership field
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with high profile stakeholders
  • Strong administrative skills and highly fluent with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure utilising well defined methods. Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback and complaints
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Creative writing skills for invites and communications
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and manage a varied workload
  • Understanding of database administration
  • High level of initiative and willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion
  • Experience with or understanding of philanthropy, ticketing, and events is highly desirable
