About The Team
People & Culture at Arts Centre Melbourne is a function being deliberately rebuilt with care and ambition. Under new leadership, we're moving from reactive to proactive, from siloed to integrated, and building a framework genuinely fit for purpose.
OD & Enablement is the brand-new function at the heart of that change. It's the weave of P&C; taking what People Operations learns in the field, and what Equity & Inclusion brings in belonging, and turning it all into frameworks, training and tools that make the whole organisation better.
You'll join a small, talented, generous team that has held the line through years of complexity and is excited about what comes next. You won't be inheriting someone else's playbook. Get ready, you'll be writing your own.
