About the Role
You will welcome visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, and assist with their enquiries by providing accurate information regarding museum and gallery services, exhibitions and programs. You will ensure security of the exhibition objects and supervision of the public within the exhibition, exhibition ticket collection, merchandise sales, and monitor visitor activity to ensure adherence to museum policies and procedures, ensuring areas are safe and operationally effective.
Hours of work may vary, based on AMPA opening hours approx. 10am - 7pm Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Shift lengths can vary 3.5 - 5 hours.

The use of this technology is necessary for ACM to perform its roster, time and attendance (RTA) functions accurately and efficiently.
