About the Position
The Marketing Manager (Experiences) role is responsible for Arts Centre Melbourne’s integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for off-stage programs.
Fixed-Term until 30 June 2026. Salary $99,116.16 p.a. plus superannuation (pro-rata).
About You
- Experienced at leading and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- A strategic and creative thinker with strong stakeholder management skills
- Adept at using insights to drive audience engagement and conversion
About the Team
The Marketing team is responsible for maximising audience engagement in Arts Centre Melbourne’s enriching experiences. Through the delivery of compelling campaigns, communications and content, the team attracts and engages customers with our brand, offers, products and services.
Your Skills and Experience (key criteria)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent marketing experience
- Significant experience in marketing campaign management roles (5+ years)
- Experience delivering effective campaigns with a focus on commercial returns
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and execute audience engagement plans
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Marketing experience in the tourism, entertainment, or arts sector
- Previous people management experience highly regarded.
