Administrative Assistant, Visitor Experiences Resources

About the Role

In the role, you will work collaboratively to support the Resourcing Team to achieve common goals and exceptional service, including; rostering resources, communicating rosters to teams, providing payroll with timely and accurate information, and provide administrative support, including resource reporting and analytics.

Variable-time fixed term position, approx. 22.8 hours per week. Salary Band 2.2, $66,770.00 per annum (pro-rata) plus 11.5% superannuation.

 

About You

As an experienced administration professional, you will bring:

  • Experience in a fast paced environment (essential)
  • Experience in rostering large pools of staff in an environment of changing requirements (desirable)
  • Experience with HumanForce software (desirable)
  • Previous exposure to interpreting complex awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent communication and relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within agreed timeframes
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strict adherence to the conflict of interest policy is required 
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience with and understanding of current technology, operating systems and applications; and the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology and systems, including upgrades and changes, within a reasonable timeframe.

About the Team

The Ticketing & Visitor Experience team sits within the Customer Experience pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit.

The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Welcome Team, Stage Door, Guided Tours and Applications that support all of these areas.

At Arts Centre Melbourne (ACM), we employ the HumanForce system. HumanForce uses Facial Recognition technology to record clock on and off times. This technology operates in strict privacy mode, meaning that images are not stored. The use of this technology is necessary for ACM to perform its roster, time and attendance (RTA) functions accurately and efficiently. Therefore, all new staff in the Production, Visitor Experience, Ticketing and Hospitality/Kitchen Teams will be required to use it unless otherwise agreed.

If you sign on to a contract with ACM, it will be understood that you consent to the use of this software. If you do not consent or require an adjustment, please advise in your cover letter.
