The Duty Manager, Ticketing Services will ensure the successful operational delivery of day-to-day ticketing services. In this role, you’ll support and lead the Assistant, Ticketing services team towards always providing a high level of efficiency and customer service.
Variable-time ongoing position (30 hours per week). Salary band 3.1 $78,113.00 per annum (pro rata) plus superannuation.

Due to the scheduling of live performances and to support the 7-day Ticketing Services operations, the rostering of hours and days of work for this role will vary each week.
Your Skills and Experience (selection criteria)
The Customer Service team sits within the Customer Experience pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit. The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Concierge, Guided Tours and Applications that support all these areas.
