About the Role

As one of our team of Marketing Managers, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of Arts Centre Melbourne’s exhibition campaigns. 

Full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. Band 4.1 $98,128.16 plus superannuation.

About You

  • Experienced at leading and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • A strategic and creative thinker with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Adept at using insights to drive audience engagement and commercial results

About the Team

The Marketing team is responsible for maximising visitor engagement in Arts Centre Melbourne’s enriching experiences. Through the delivery of compelling creative, campaigns and content and the facilitation of seamless digital experiences, the team attracts and engages existing, new and diverse customers with our brand, artists, offers and services.

 

Your Skills and Experience (key criteria)

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent, and 8+ years marketing experience
  • Previous experience in marketing campaign management positions
  • Experience in marketing cultural attractions such as museums and galleries, tourism, arts or entertainment sector
  • Experience planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive strong commercial returns
  • Demonstrated experience to develop and execute audience engagement plans
  • A thorough understanding of media practices and trends across current and emerging mediums
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with a range of diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a customer-first and results oriented mindset
