About the Position

The Corporate Partnerships Manager is critical to the future growth and management of Arts Centre Melbourne's corporate partnerships portfolio. The role's key responsibilities are to acquire, manage and nurture partnerships across the corporate, tertiary and industry sectors, delivering value for the organisation through revenue growth, impact and benefits exchange in accordance with partnership agreements and the strategic objectives of Arts Centre Melbourne.

Full time ongoing position. Salary band 4.3 $114,173.28 p.a. plus superannuation.

 

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years in corporate partnership management or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate respectfully and sensitively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Goal and action-oriented, with a high degree of initiative and a growth-focused, curious mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience with and understanding of current technology, operating systems and applications; and the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology and systems, including upgrades and changes, within a reasonable timeframe
  • Experience with or understanding of the arts sector would be advantageous
