The Business Unit

The Production department sits within the Performing Arts pillar and comprises of a team that delivers production services for ACM across Staging, Lighting, Audio, Broadcast, Wardrobe, Stage Management, and Safety/Training to enable the safe and efficient delivery of events across all of our venues and spaces.

About the Position

This is a Ongoing, Variable Time Position - Multiple Roles 20 Hours per week

As a Technician, Staging at Arts Centre Melbourne, you will play a key role in delivering world-class performances across a dynamic range of venues and events. Working within the Production Department, you’ll provide hands-on technical expertise to support the safe and efficient setup, operation and maintenance of staging systems for rehearsals, performances and live events. This role collaborates closely with senior technicians, presenters and production teams to ensure high standards of precision, safety and service, contributing to exceptional audience and artist experiences.
