About the Role
As Coordinator, Procurement & Inventory, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of procurement, supplier liaison, stock management, point of sale related processes, warehouse operations and internal logistics. This role is central to maintaining stock availability, stock accuracy and efficient operational support across multiple outlets, service areas, the production kitchen and venue operations.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will coordinate stock requirements, monitor lead times and availability, manage stock movements, support purchasing processes, and help ensure goods and services are delivered in line with business needs. You will also support the day-to-day coordination of the warehouse team, ensuring priorities are aligned and operational requirements are delivered effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong organisational capability, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational setting. You will be proactive, detail-focused and practical in your approach, with clear communication skills and a strong commitment to service, compliance and continuous improvement.
Experience in procurement, stock management, warehouse operations, production kitchen, venue operations, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced operational environment will be highly regarded. Experience leading a small team and working with within supplier relationships, stock management systems and point of sale processes will also be important to success in the role.
