About the role
The Ticketing Systems Specialist will deliver proactive, customer-focussed service to our clients, providing advice and accurately configuring and maintaining ticket builds. In this role, you will utilise your technical expertise to enhance the customer and presenter experience, demonstrate the ability to excel and pivot under pressure, meet deadlines and ensure the completion of event settlements. This is a fixed-term position to support the team during a parental leave period.
Full time, fixed term position (Feb-Sept 2025). Band 3.2 $84,502.00 p.a. plus superannuation.
Your Skills and Experience (Key Criteria)
- Relevant and practical ticketing industry experience
- Previous client management experience and the ability to develop sales and service solutions.
- High level of attention to detail in a time-pressured environment. Understanding of best-practice ticketing principles across a range of platforms, with the ability to learn and apply new approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to make sound commercial decisions in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated experience in using customer data to inform future decision making.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service with a proactive approach to problem solving & conflict resolution.
- Skills and experience in the use of Tessitura is an advantage.
- Dependable written competency and demonstrated accuracy in data entry and the use of business systems, processes and applications.

About the Team
The Customer Growth business unit sits within the Performing Arts Pillar and is responsible for:
- The support and delivery of all ticketing solutions for a successful On Sale
- Ticket system management for the organisation through the internal ticketing platform, Tessitura
- The management of the third-party ticketing relationship and processes
- The relationship management with Presenters regarding all things ticketing
