About the Position
As the Coordinator, Office of the CEO, you will provide high level executive support to our CEO and lead the Executive support function. ensuring our CEO and Executive Office operate seamlessly and effectively.
In this position you’ll manage CEO workflows, coordinate executive governance processes, oversee meeting agendas and briefings, and lead a team of Executive Assistants. You’ll also streamline systems, improve administrative processes and ensure the Executive Office runs with professionalism, clarity and efficiency.
Full time ongoing position. Band 4.2 $106,743.52 p.a. plus superannuation.
About You
We’re looking for someone with strong judgement, outstanding communication skills, experience supporting senior executives, and the ability to lead and coach others in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant to a CEO or Executive (essential)
- Proven experience leading and managing executive support functions or administrative teams in a complex environment
- Excellent stakeholder management, judgement, and discretion
- Strong written communication skills and experience preparing high-quality executive materials
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve systems, processes and workflows
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
