About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented team player to support our Digital Marketing team in connecting audiences with world-class performing arts experiences. In this role, you’ll help bring people closer to the shows on our stages—delivering campaigns through website content, email marketing, and digital advertising, while using data insights to increase reach and engagement.
You’ll contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of digital activity by coordinating tasks, managing content publishing, analysing data insights, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills across multiple digital channels while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Full-time ongoing position. Band 2.3 $73,213.00 plus superannuation.
About You
- Experience supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, and paid/organic platforms
- Hands-on experience working with digital content, campaign assets, and marketing platforms to support campaign delivery
- Hands-on experience managing website content, email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms
- Strong written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and content accuracy
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within established processes
- Collaborative and adaptable, with experience learning new technologies to achieve business outcomes
About the Team
The Marketing team is responsible for maximising audience engagement in Arts Centre Melbourne’s enriching experiences. Through the delivery of compelling campaigns, communications and content, the team attracts and engages customers with our brand, offer, community and services.
Your Skills and Experience (key criteria)
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent transferable skills in (digital) marketing or communications
- Experience publishing website content and media assets
- Experience undertaking end-to-end email marketing communications, from build to send and reporting
- Experience using a range of digital marketing technology (including website Content Management Systems, Email Marketing platforms, and Customer Relationship Management systems)
- Effective written and oral communication, including proof reading and editing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
