    About the Role

    The Manager, Ticketing Systems will oversee the success of the Ticketing Systems team consisting of the delivery of day-to-day ticketing responsibilities. In this role, you will lead a team of Ticketing Specialists and a Coordinator to deliver premium service to presenters and  customers alike.
    This role works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure system efficiencies and enhancements are implemented successfully with minimal impact. Leading a high-performing team through effective coaching and development is a key focus of this role, along with analysing data to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall ticketing experience.

    Full Time ongoing position. Band 4.2 $106,743.52 plus superannuation.

    Your Skills and Experience

    • Relevant and practical ticketing industry experience. Experience in the performing arts is not required
    • 5+ years’ experience in an equivalent leadership position with experience with a track record of building high performing teams, both culturally and operationally.
    • Proven experience with an understanding of current technology, operating systems and applications; and the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology and systems, including upgrades and changes, within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Extensive client management experience
    • Experience in change implementations
    • Planning and Project Management experience in the delivery of new supporting services to enhance operational experience.
