About the Role
This role creates, develops, and translates graphic design concepts into finished print and digital artwork for Arts Centre Melbourne shows, experiences, and projects.
Full-time, ongoing position. Band $78,901.68.00 plus superannuation.

About the Team
The Marketing team is responsible for maximising audience engagement in Arts Centre Melbourne’s enriching experiences. Through the delivery of compelling creative, campaigns, communications and content, the team attracts and engages audiences with our brand, shows, exhibitions, experiences and offers.
Your Skills and Experience (Key Criteria)
- Demonstrated graphic design experience in a similar work environment (5+ years)
- Strong experience in design work including development of images, graphics, logos, and promotional materials following brand style guides
- Proficient skills working with large format and signage with an understanding of pre-press, production, and printing
- Finished art skills in digital and print
- Proficient Mac operator and skilled in all aspects of Adobe Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat)
- Sound experience in effective written communication, negotiating and problem solving
- Ability to work within guidelines and follow briefs
- Ability to work autonomously in planning, organising and delivering on multiple projects in a timely manner
